As September begins, for many it represents a significant step forward from how life has developed in the last 6 months. With school’s re-opening it brings significant change lots of emotions and situations for us to deal with and maybe a sense of threat or uncertainty. This includes practical elements of orchestrating our family life in different way to dealing with the emotions within ourselves and those closest to us.
Self-care is not selfish and to be looking after ourselves well will help us to support ourselves and others as best as we can in these new and uncertain times. In light of this, Action for Happiness released their Self-Care September calendar below. Maybe task yourself with following the action points every day and feel free to share with others.
